专业知识及实践经验围绕化合物转化展开:从实验室的有机化学到生物体内的代谢物转化。长期专注于微生物酶资源的鉴定与改造,实现微生物代谢、微生物发酵以及微生物酶工业催化的理论与应用研究。发表相关领域SCI论文12篇,现承担国家自然科学基金“酶组学”面上项目“酶组学法揭示糖酸在人体微生物中的转化网络”。
